67th Men & 6th Women All India Railway Weightlifting Championship 19-20 Wraps Up With Great Pomp
The 67th men and 6th women All India Railway weightlifting championship 2019-20 ended on a high note. It started with a grand opening ceremony on 19th November. The event lasted for four days starting from 19th November 2019 to 22nd November 2019, at Mahalaxmi Sports Ground, Mumbai.
Out of the 16 railway zones that participated in the competition, Central Railway Zone was declared as the champion for the year 2019-2020 with maximum points.
All the winners were rewarded with nutrition stacks and kits. Moreover, News Aur Chai was the first official news partner; furthermore, Big Flex became the first-ever brand to sponsor the prizes for All India Railway weightlifting championship.
Mr Hardeep Singh – Sports secretary from Central Railway was quick to thank Big Flex and News aur Chai for their extended support towards All India Railway weightlifting Championship.
As the 28 Summer Olympic Games, 2020 is scheduled to be held in Tokyo from 24th July we wish to see some of the excellent weightlifting champion from All India Railway to represent INDIA in Tokyo Olympics and win Gold Medal for our country.
