Netizens Vouch For PM Modi For Nobel Prize

For his “exceptional leadership skills” in handling the Coronavirus pandemic, Netizens wants the pannel to facilitate Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the this year’s Nobel Prize for Peace.  They believe that under PM Modi‘s guidance, the country has managed to keep the fatal virus in check and prevented the country from dropping into the community-transmission stage. They point out that this is something even developed countries like the US, France, Germany and others could not manage to do.

Some twitterati also pointed out India is sharing vial medicines like Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), and Paracetamol with various countries also is a noble deed.

Moreover, India has approved requests of about 25 countries to export HCQ. India, under the leadership of PM Modi, has sent several rapid medical response teams to various South Asian Countries like Maldives, Nepal, Kuwait to support their medical team in fighting the pandemic.

India supplied 317 cartons weighing over 5.5 tonnes of essential medicines to the Maldives. A rapid response team with testing equipment were sent to Nepal and Kuwait.

To Bhutan, India has supplied surgical masks, shoe covers, hand sanitisers, digital thermometers, and various other life-saving equipments to battle against the pandemic.

PM Modi came into power in 2014, and was re-elected in 2019. He has been the most notable leader in the world in the fight against Terrorism. He has also been a key for enhancing international cooperation, elevating global economic growth, accelerating the Human Development of the people of India by encouraging economic growth and facilitating the development of democracy through anti-corruption and social integration efforts.

Netizens lauded his ability to combat the virus to such an extent, in India strategically and also appreciated his “generous” attitude to other countries amid the crisis. India current has 14,759 active cases and 590 deaths.
