2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo

Everyone loves the Olympics! A time when the whole nation stands united to support and cheer the representatives sent from each country. It is reported that the 2020 games will feature five new sports: Karate, baseball/softball, skateboarding, sports climbing and surfing, as well as a set of new events in other categories. Let’s all gear up to cheer our athletes.

Space Missions

According to officials, the Indian ISRO has a busy launch schedule this fiscal with about 13 missions in the list. Chairman K. Sivan stated that there are six launch vehicle missions and seven satellite missions before March 2020. It is reported that there are another four more projects which are ongoing simultaneously.

While on the other hand NASA’s Mars Exploration Program named Mars 2020 with a planned launch on 17 July 2020, and touch down in Jezero crater on Mars on 18 February 2021 is also progressing.

As technology advances, there is a high possibility that people might lose the job as robots and automation will take over. The Future of Jobs 2018 report by the World Economic Forum (WEF) suggests that 75 million jobs may be lost to automation by 2022, but adds that another 133 million additional new roles will be created. A study says that in Chinese and Indian, people vote for robot managers more than their human managers as they feel robots can do specific tasks better than humans.

In 2020, ‘Eid’ will no longer remain Salman Khan’s as Ranbir Kapoor has already booked his slot in Sallu Bhai’s favourite time in 2020 with his film ‘Shamshera’ during Eid.

’83’ by Ranbeer Kapoor is yet another most anticipated move, where he will be playing the role of Kapil Dev, showing India’s historic win at the Cricket World Cup in 1983.

Tiger Shroff fans and action lovers get ready for something good as his upcoming movie ‘Rambo’ has been finalized for 2nd October release in 2020. The film is based on Sylvester Stallone’s iconic film.
