The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) polls, are due on December 1 hence the cross swords between Asaduddin Owaisi, leader of AIMIM (All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen) and Tejaswi Surya, a member of BJP, has set in. Answering to one of Mr Surya’s statements, Mr Owaisi has challenged BJP to show names of 1,000 Rohingyas in the electoral list.
“The Information and Broadcasting Minister came here and said that if people vote for AIMIM, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) will be benefitted. BJP is saying that there are 30,000-40,000 Rohingyas in the electoral rolls… If there are 30,000 Rohingyas in the voter list, what is Home Minister Amit Shah doing? Is he sleeping? Isn’t this his job to see how are 30,000-40,000 Rohingyas listed?” he furiously stated during a public meeting on Monday night.
Their intention is to create hatred. This fight is between Hyderabad and Bhagyanagar. It is your responsibility now to decide who will win: AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi

The two started verbally firing at each other when at one of his campaign events ahead of the GHMC elections, Mr Surya had accused the leaders of AIMIM of “allowing only Rohingya Muslims, not development,” in the city of Hyderabad.
Well here is quote from Babasaheb on dangerous character of Islamic brotherhood- kind your friend Owaisi represents.

Earlier on Monday, Mr Surya accused Mr Owaisi of speaking Jinnah’s language of “rabid Islamism, separatism, and extremism.” He claimed that every vote for Owaisi was a vote against India and “everything India stands for.”
In response, Mr Owaisi vehemently said that BJP’s main motive is to spew hatred in the minds of people by comparing him to Pakistan’s founder, Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Mr Owaisi went on calling the elections as a “fight between Hyderabad and Bhagyanagar,” he made this statement regarding a tweet by Mr Surya, where he addressed the people of Hyderabad as those of Bhagyanagar, which kick-started a political row between the two.
Mr Surya had said the upcoming elections in Hyderabad are going to be the BJP’s gateway to the south. “Change Hyderabad today, change Telangana tomorrow, change South India day after tomorrow,” he said. “The whole nation is watching Hyderabad.”
The coming GHMC polls will witness a triangular contest between the TRS, the BJP, and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen.
On Friday, Jagat Prakash Nadda, BJP President predicted his party’s victory in the GHMC polls in Telangana, saying it will be the beginning of the end of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, the Hindustan Times reported. BJP party leaders have not left any stone unturned in accusing the TRS government led by Rao.
The GHMC polls are important as the air around it has been very steamy. It will be on December 4, that the results will be announced, only time could tell whether these political rows played in favour of both Mr Owaisi, Mr Surya or Mr Rao.
