Didn’t know Global Village Yet ?

Global Village is the biggest celebration of cultures from around the world. It encourages social sustainability, world awareness, cultural understanding and exposes them to public . It revives the general concept of the world being a ‘global village’ and inspires people to understand and appreciate the uniqueness and difference of each other.

What happens at a Global Village?

>Music Performances
>Cultural Fashion Show
>Dance Performances
>Food stalls

14 stalls, 14 countries, 14 new experiences, 14 cultures

Global Village ensures a fun-filled experience to everyone that attends it. No one goes home without having travelled to 14 new countries under one roof. Where a volunteer from the country itself is present to deliver that experience, personally.
At the onset of an exodus that has uprooted more than 11 million people from their own homeland by inhumane acts of terror; the Syrian refugee crisis is one of the most grueling humanitarian challenges we have ahead of us today. What makes it all the more worse is the very fact that 7 million, which is more than half of the total refugees having fled from Syria, are innocent little children who are bearing the brunt of a war they certainly didn’t start.

Letters of Love is a global initiative that aims at spreading smiles to refugee children in the associated community centres tended by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees ( UNHCR ) – Gaziantep, Turkey. We intend on doing so by sending personalized letters, them being photo-cards with a motivating hand-written message, as New Year Greetings to all the refugee children.

Thus, the guests have the opportunity to thoroughly explore this global platform enriched with cultural diversities. This will not only promote international bonds and connections and foster international understanding, but will also be an enjoyable learning opportunity to develop your knowledge and cultural experience
